Signs of spring....

Although we spent the weekend here with wind and rain and multiple shades of gray, Monday has dawned with with a few fresh signs that spring is on it's way. The tree's in the neighborhood are starting to flower and the woods across the road from out backyard have that sheen of green....leaves about to burst!

I am ready for the spring time in my scrap booking as well. Here's a few sneek peaks for the class on Ustream coming up this weekend....

Have a happy week!

Laura

  9. I took my first class EVER this weekend. It was AWSOME. I wanted to take one class before taking the Travel Album that you made for CHA. The ordering was easy and I received my supplies 2 days before the weekend class. So cool. I will be making another One Flip album for my sisters 40th Hello Kitty theme birthday. Yes she is going to be 40 and loves all things Hello Kitty...whatever. It will make a nice gift. I have a couple of questions. Sorry if you have answered them before but I am new. The green mat that you work on is it heat resistant, self healing and ink resistant? I am looking for a new trimmer. Do you like your fiskars? It's also available with a rotary blade. Why did you chose a the blade? Thanks and I am looking forwards to taking many more classes from you. You are very talented.

  13. Gela,
The matt I use is NOT heat or ink resistant...I have a small wood cutting board for heat processes and a ranger non-stick matt for inking. Love my Fiskars cutter.
