March Schedule...

I am sitting here wondering just WHERE did February go!! I swear I blinked after CHA and it was March.

I have spent part of the weekend working on the sample of the mini using the Crate Paper "Restoration" line and the rest was for some family time. As I worked on the mini, I decided it really need additional paper. The added paper won't be here until Tuesday, so I am moving the class to the 25th/26th of March. The third part of the Heritage Album will stay on the 18th/19th. In addition to adding paper, I made some fun fabric flowers in keeping with the homespun feel of this paper line. Soooo, this Friday (the 11th), I will show you how to make these cute flowers! I will post a photo and supplies in a day or two. The Restoration kits (still working on the name of the album!) and patterns will go up by Tuesday on my website.

As requested, here is the alternate Heritage Album that we worked on Saturday morning....

Have an awesome week!!

Laura

  15. Hi Laura,

I'm so glad I found your blog...what beautiful creations....such inspiration.

I'm new to the world of crafting like this and forgive me of my "duhhhh" questions here:

I've seen other mini books like these around here and there and think they're fabulous. But can I ask what you would use these books for tho.

It's kind of like making the Tim Holtz tags, fun to do, awesome to look at but what is their practicle use....using some of them for actual bookmarks might be a little hard concidering how thick they are with decorations.
