Sarah is in the hospital with a ruptured appendix.ladders bladder infection or a ovarian cyst. The "cyst" was actually an abcess on her appendix. She will be here in the hospital for a few days to control the infection and have surgery in a few weeks. I will keep you all posted as we know more. On top of it all, Trevor sprained his knee at hockey last night and is on crutches!!
Big Hugs to Brandi for giving me info and insisting that I bring her in last night... It could have been much worse if we had waited.
Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers!!!
Laura

Oh Laura I know what your going thru. My daughter's burst when she was in 8th grade, 4yrs. ago. She stayed a week in the hospital the first time and then had to come back for surgery and stayed a week then. It's a long haul, but I kept telling myself it could have been worse. I'm happy to say she's fine today and doesn't miss her apendix at all. Now Trevor to top it off. Yikes! My prayers are with you and your family. Hugs Sarah! Shari (cricutrookie)

Goodness, when it rains it pours. Thank goodness that you have an answer for her pain. My son had the same thing happen to him, we thought his pain was a stomach virus that was going around our church. That was 24 years ago and he is totally ok with the ruptured apendix. I'm so sorry you are going through this, my prayers are with all of you.
