Wow, Ustream was giving us fits tonight!!! I am sorry that so many of you had problems getting booted out or seeing but not hearing, or hearing but not seeing....I wish I was more technically oriented so I knew if there was a way to "fix" it!! The video seems to be working fine..I checked from my computer and from my husbands. I will be putting together a written tutorial with photo's...hopefully by Monday. Thank you all for your support and patience!!
Laura
Hello Laura. I could not even sign in last night. I am attempting to watch now but it keeps freezing up. It has nothing to do with you, so no worries about not being able to fix it. I am going to try again later...we are running out to garage sales this morning:) Sara's mini's are super cute!!! I hope her thumb feels better.

Urgh..all your viewers must have went to scrapadabadoo last night and bought up all the sizzix dies, they are now sold out. I will have to check my local scrapbook store for that die today.

Doing the dance of JOY ! I finally am able to watch the video. Last night ,I was have major issues even with the recorded version. I guess Ustream was not cooperating. I am so happy I can now view Flower Power. Laura, you are one very talented lady!! I love how you can combine your "smarts" with your creative side :)
ReplyDeleteHi Laura!

But i could see and hear the show.
It was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm making the wedding mini right now and i think these flowers will look great on the cover and on the pages! Thanks ,Deann (d4dbaker)
Can't wait to make the watch me grow next friday!!!
I missed the tutorial, but I just had to comment on this!!! WOW, absolutely drop dead gorgeous flowers. You have inspired me for sure, with the paper flowers! I made one of your fuchsias and they are so fun to make! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI was able to see some of the video last night and the flowers are amazing!! Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteIs that Sarah's butterfly on the top? I think I was one of the lucky ones. I was able to see and hear the video. Thank you for a great tutorial. Have a great weekend

Tried watching the video last night and it froze up. Didn't get passed the first 5 min or so. Love your display of flowers. Need to try watching again.
ReplyDeleteI have tried the video on 3 different computers and it works fine on all three! Weird!
ReplyDeleteHi Laura, I, too, was one of the lucky ones that got to see, hear and participate in the chat at least for most of it. Love, love, love your work. Can't wait to see the Watch me grow. I wanted to buy one of the little girl kits but I am moving after 21 years of being in the same house and I can't even think of buying one more thing until I get moved and get my scraproom set up again. Hopefully, you will have a couple left when I am done.

I had no technical problems viewing last night, however after a 12 hour work day I did fall asleep in my chair for the making of the poppy and rose. I did wake up for the ending and just now watched the part I snoozed thru. Thank you for sharing your wonderful gift with all of us. I've just finished some sweet peas to put on a baby shower gift for tomorrow. Looking forward to spending more Friday evenings with you.
ReplyDeleteThose are some beautiful flowers!!! Can't wait to try some myself!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you SO much, Laura and Sarah, for all that you share with us!!! You are truly a blessing!!
Hugs!

Forgot to say that I hope Sarah's finger is much better today!
ReplyDeleteLaura - You do a fantastic job of hiding your superpowers cape when you are on Ustream. I have tried 4 different types of pliers, a very large screwdriver, and a hammer to remove the center circle cutter from my sizzix flower dies and can still not get them to let go. LOL in texas.
ReplyDeleteHi Laura, I just finished watching your Flower Power Ustream show and I have to say thank you for the info on disembedding a video...great info and I agree with you when it comes to protecting our children on the internet...I commend you for your efforts...and I watched Sarah's video and she did a great job....and love her dog and cat mini....following in her moms footsteps!
